I manage a multi-type (mostly academic) 501(c)(3) library consortium for 80 libraries in Missouri and contiguous states. We have a shared ILS and have been resource sharing since 1998.  I started the first consortium in Southwest Missouri called "COOL" and love working with different types of libraries, migrations and ILS.  I managed e-resources for a large public library for many years starting when Infotrac was on microfiche!  I love all things technology, public service and management.
